Careers

We're hiring crews.

Bury techs, installers, splicers and drill operators. Steady work, paid weekly, out of Oklahoma City. Experience helps. Showing up matters more.

Paid weekly · Company equipment · Overtime available · Room to move up

Crew of three or four at the start of a shift, tailgate meeting beside the trucks. Hard hats and hi-vis on, coffee in hand.

Why TekLink

Small enough that
the owner knows
your name.

  • Paid weekly. Not every other Friday. Weekly.
  • We train. Most of our operators started with no telecom experience at all.
  • You run your own truck. Company equipment, maintained, not a rolling problem.
  • Promotion is from inside. Foremen here were bury techs here.
  • Benefits. Health, PTO and retirement details [TBD - client]

Open roles

Four ways in.

Bury Technician / Equipment Operator

Full time · Oklahoma City & regional

Run a plow or walk-behind trencher, place buried service wire, backfill and restore. The most common way people start here and the fastest way to learn the trade.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to drive company equipment
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Oklahoma weather, year round
  • No experience required. We would rather train you than untrain you
Apply for this

Installation & Fulfillment Technician

Full time · Oklahoma City & regional

FTTH and coax installs, service calls and MDU work. You are in front of the customer, so how you leave the house matters as much as whether the signal is good.

  • Experience with FTTH, cable or low-voltage install preferred
  • Ladder work and crawlspace work are part of the job
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Apply for this

Fiber Splicer

Full time · Oklahoma City & regional

Fusion splicing, terminations and OTDR testing in trailers, cabinets and handholes. Precision work with your results attached to your name.

  • Fusion splicing experience on distribution and drop
  • Able to read and interpret OTDR traces, not just run them
  • Willing to travel within the region for volume work
Apply for this

Directional Drill Operator

Full time · Oklahoma City & regional

Run a drill rig on road crossings and long shots. Locate, steer, ream and pull. You own the bore and the restoration behind it.

  • Directional drilling experience, with a locator you trust
  • CDL preferred, or willing to work toward one
  • Understands what happens when you hit something. Calls it in
Apply for this
Single tech at work, mid-task and concentrating - splicing, or terminating a drop at a ped.

How it actually runs

No surprises.

You will know the day before where you are working. You will have the material before you get there. If something goes wrong on a job, you call the PM and he answers.

We are not going to tell you it is easy work. It is outdoors, it is physical, and the weather does not care about the schedule. What we will tell you is that the check clears every week and nobody here is asked to cut a corner to make a number.
